Listing Syndication FAQ

Can I send my homes to Zillow and NewHomeSource from one system?

Yes. Arches generates both the BDX feed (for NewHomeSource) and the Zillow new-construction feed.

Do I need a feed account with each portal?

Yes. Each portal requires its own builder agreement. Arches supplies the feed once that agreement is in place.

How do my homes get on the MLS?

Through a licensed member broker. Arches supplies the listing data in the RESO standard format.

How often do feeds update?

On a regular schedule, and immediately when a price or status changes.
